Rane Pearson is a driven real estate entrepreneur who transitioned from roles at Winchester Carlisle Companies and Dunhill Homes to become the Land Acquisitions Manager at TriPoint Homes. In 2019, he launched his own independent real estate sales business, RPRE, by 2022. Active in the Dallas Builders Association and serving as Vice President of the Northlake Municipal Management District, Rane balances his professional success with a fulfilling personal life alongside his wife, Haeli, and their three dogs.

McKenzie joined the RPRE team at its 2021 inception, overseeing operations and growth across the company. With real estate experience since 2015, she has been a Licensed Realtor®, office manager of a boutique brokerage, and owner of a transaction management company operating in 7+ states.

Kenzie joined the RPRE in 2024, with 8 years' experience in commercial real estate on the Marketing and Operations side of the business, Kenzie has come to RPRE as the Chief of Sales to help drive growth and enhance the overall sales strategy. Her leadership aims to align the sales team with the company's vision, fostering collaboration and innovation to achieve ambitious goals.

Dan Allen joined the RPRE team in 2021 as a part of RPRE’s Land Division. As a Jr. Land Broker, he works closely with Rane Pearson to source new land development opportunities & build long lasting relationships with RPRE’s clients.
